DescriptionTaken from Tempe Daily News - November 23, 1977:

A guided tour of Tempe's City Hall, Tuesday morning, was part of the day's fare for nine visiting academic, municipal, and professional leaders from the Republic of West Germany, here for four days as part of a 21-day study tour of the United States. Guiding the group around city hall were Dick Bryce(far left), of hosting Tempe Sister City Corporation, and Andrea Tevlin(extreme right), City of Tempe management assistant. The German visitors, winding up their last day here today, were guests of honor for a Sister City-sponsered reception and buffet at the Dale Merriam home following their arrival Saturday, and have been houseguests of seven Tempe families while here.
