DescriptionEarly-rising Tempeans who were out on the streets bright and early were the first to see the city's new downtown Christmas decorations, outside of the group of Jaycees who were busy most of last night putting them up! The new ornaments festoon palm trees along divider islands from the bridge at the north end of Mill avenue to McClintock drive on Apache. And tonight, Tempeans should be able to see them all lit up for the first time.The film negative of this photograph is housed in box 2G7-F.
