DescriptionTempe Daily News 12/29/1977Members of the Mill Avenue Merchants Association (from left) Kent Buttermann and Frank Maguire present Tempe Mayor Bill LoPiano with a special award plaque in appreciation for the City of Tempe's help with the recent annual MAMA Hayden's Ferry Fair Days. The annual fair attracted arts and crafts exhibitors from various parts of the country to show and sell their wares at booths along Mill avenue in the vicinity of Fourth street, as well as thousands of browsers and buyers.
