DescriptionTaken from Tempe Daily News - January ??, 1978:Tempe Sunrise Kiwanis members Bob Oltman (left) and Duane Dawson (right) join City of Tempe Parks Superintendent Ray Ginn to inspect the "land, lots of land" that did get fenced in at Tempe's Kiwanis Park, thanks to Sunris KC efforts. Club has given $2,400 to Tempe Parks and Recreation Department to buy outfield fencing for two remaining ball fields at the regional park. A softball tournament helped make the money.
