DescriptionDino DeConcini (center), who had earlier in the dat announced he was bowing out of the race for the Democratic nomination for gubernatorial candidacy, appeared to be in good humor as he guested at tempe District 27 democrats monthly Victory in '78 cocktail party at Fiesta Inn last Wednesday. Here, he shares a laugh with (back left0 Bob Briscoe, new District 27 Democrats chairman; (seated left and right) Carolyn Johnnsen and Ceclia Esquer, the latter a board member of Legal Services Corp.
