DescriptionTaken from Tempe Daily News - Wednesday April 12, 1978:Though open since January, new and seond Tempe branch of Pioneer National Title Insurance Company just got around to staging open house at its 6101 South Rural road location recently. Branch's manager and escrow officer Albert Cruz (3rd from left) and its escrow secretary Jean Granat (to right of Cruz) gave escorted tour of new facilities to (from left) guests Carl Anderson, manager of First National Bank's Lakeshore and Baseline office; Evelyn Wermes, branch manaer of another Pioneer office in Tempe; Jane Phoenix, of Jane Phoenix Real Estate; and Marge McLoughlin of Tempe Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.
