DescriptionFrom first three paragraphs of TDN article by Paulette Bolyard:In these days of shopping centers, long isles of merchandise, standing in line and waiting to be waited on, there is still some old-fashioned service available where quality and quickness is the by-word.
This unique and long forgotten type of merchandising is offered by a man, his van and a shop run from his home.
Dwayne Johnson, owner of Valley Window Fashions, 3930 South Oak, looks upon his business-in-the-home as an opportunity to "give personal service, keep the cost down because I don't have that much overhead and go to the customer instead of them coming to me."
