Company Moves Home - J. Rance Smith and Associates recently moved back to Tempe. Smith, who has headed an independent insurance agency for 10 years, began his business in Tempe. However, for the past three years the company, which writes life, health, annuity, business and mortgage insurance through several carriers, had been located in Scottsdale.
