DescriptionSkopje Mayor Dragoljub Stavrev (seated, right) makes his first diplomatic visit to Tempe in 1971. This was at the beginning of the Sister Cities relationship between Tempe and Skopje Yugoslavia. Also pictured is Tempe mayor Dale Shumway, Center. They are meeting at the Tempe Howard Johnson Hotel.The film negative of this photograph is housed in box 2G9-E.
