DescriptionPrescription pad of Dr. Fenn J Hart, Tempe's first mayor, from his office located at 125 West Monroe in Phoenix, AZ containing a short message to Dr. Hart from his grandson, a then 7-year-old Earl Wilson (son of Dr. Hart's daughter Mildred Hart Wilson). The note is not dated, but as Muriel Hart didn't marry Robert Wilson until 1914, their son Earl Wilson would not have been 7 years old until atleast 1920.
