Was in Tempe in 1882.
Tempe City Councilman, 1894-1896.
Became a naturalized citizen in 1882.
He was one of the donors that contributed to a fund to purchase the site for the Territorial Normal School in 1885. He was a member of the Territorial Normal School Board of Education, 1888-1889. In 1888, he ran one of the two stores in San Pablo (Barrio al Centro). He subdivided property south of 8th Street and began planning construction of brick houses in the Goldman Addition, on the east edge of Tempe, 1892-1893.
On 1 Feb 1884, was elected as an incorporator of the Quijotoa, Tempe and Phoenix Wagon and Railroad Co. Member of first Town Council of Tempe, 1894.
