DescriptionThe shovels wielders were working fast and furiously at groundbreaking ceremonies for future Citizens Union Bank building, 133 West Broadway, Wednesday morning. Taking part in groundbreaking yesterday were (from left) Dr. W. D. Heier, chairman of the board for the bank, and Tempe resident; James E.
