Boy Scout Neal Replogle stencils address of a home on its alley-side fence as part of his Eagle Scout community service project. Neal will be aiding both Tempe's Police and Fire Departments - and homeowners too - by spray painting addresses on fences facing alleys, making it easier for police and firemen to find correct addresses when responding to calls for help.
