DescriptionTempe's downtown redevelopment must be "catching" as remodeling and expansion is going on in business and industrial areas around the city. Among businesses getting a modernizing facelifting is one of the city's oldest shopping centers, the former Bayless, now E-Z-Save but expected to become Bayless market and center on Apache Boulevard again. The center is getting a new front and a whole new look.The film negative of this photograph is housed in box 2G7-E.
