DescriptionFrom a photo caption appearing in Tempe Daily News Thursday, February 16, 1978:Mired Down - Water-logged Tempeans and their automobiles aren't the only things which have been mired down by the "most rain" we've seen in these parts in quite a spell. Wet days and muddy ground brought a number of construction projects in the area, including this one in HoHoKam Industrial Park on West 10th place, to a standstill.
