More Room At The Inn - Tempe's Holiday Inn innkeeper Pen Johnson (2nd from left) will have plenty of room at his inn when new four-story addition is completed at the Apache Boulevard and Rural site sometime in October. Work began Monday on the 18,600 square foot addition. And on hand to help Pen dig the first ground were (from left) Tom Peck, co-owner of Clearfield Development Corp., contractor for the project; architect Joe Diemer; Clearfield co-owner John Territo and Dick Perrine, of Valley Bank.
