DescriptionFrom an article (Sound Of Music Is Lagging In Arizona) and photo caption (Waking Up To Hi Fi) appearing in Tempe Daily News, June 20, 1978:Waking Up To Hi Fi - Tom Londer, manager of Bill's Records and Audio in Tempe, checks out some of the home entertainment center systems in that store at Seventh and Forest. Lander says Arizona in many ways is "just now waking up to the benefits of hi fi." While most western states have reached almost total market saturation, he says, less than three percent of Arizona's population "has a decent home entertainment center."
