DescriptionTaken from TDN caption:Resident of this Tempe home on the 4600 block of South Dorsey lane doesn't appreciate his view from the front yard at all -- because it faces an alley just across the street and, says the homeowner, that alley has been a "a constant mess" for six weeks, though he's called "every city department from garbage collection to the city manager" to get something done about it. Says the homeowner, the piled up litter and loose trash in the alley is a fire hazard in addition to providing residents of the area whose homes face the alley a less-then-lovely view.
