DescriptionFrom TDN caption:Tempe Sgt. Les Taylor, left, and Officer Vern Hull arrested today suspect James Tercero at Koll Business Park, 2219 South 48th street. The arrest was part of Operation Coopration (sic), nicknamed "The Sting." Tempe, Scottsdale and Mesa law enforcement officers are rounding up today 61 suspects in a fencing and theft ring.
