DescriptionAs a teenager in Cincinnati, Joyce Foster learned to swim through a program offered by that city's YMCA and was active as an officer in the Y-Teens. She got involved because her parents were active in the YMCA then, too. And it's why today Joyce Foster, Ph.D., director of scholarship development and support organizations in the Development Office at Arizona State University, is involved in the YMCA again -- now as an active and outstanding volunteer.
