DescriptionFrom TDN caption:It may look like it, but it was no mutiny as members of Arizona State University's Army ROTC program marched a blindfolded fellow cadet "off the plank" at ASU's swimming pool, Saturday. It was all part of a swim test given to junior Army ROTC cadets for the first time to prepare them for water exercises at summer camp. Jumping off the high dive board blindfolded is supposed to help the cadet's confidence. And, no, the young man at left isn't fishing. He's holding a guide line for an underwater cadet participating in a survival test.
