DescriptionPhotograph of Tempe Beach Park on a misty morning in January of 2001. Looking down the pathway that leads away from the lake and into downtown, a kid dressed for cold weather is a few steps ahead walking towards a grassy hill. The lighting is hazy due to a misty morning weather, and the silhouettes of the Butte and Hayden Flour Mill stand tall in the distance.

Tarah Rider Berry captures the heart of Tempe, Arizona through her photographs. Her images are often of well-known places and events around Tempe such as the Tempe Beach Park, the Hayden Flour Mill, and the Oktoberfest festival.
