DescriptionMost likely a red fingernail ceramic cooking bowl, but there is uncertainties in the labeling on record. The bowl has a red outside and a black inside and is glued together. There is evidence of repair with small holes on each side, which could mean either eyelets or repair hooks. According to the donor record and the NAGPRA report, the bowl is from the Tonto Basin. The two files list the bowl's culture as Salado, and its cultural affiliation is Pima/Tohono O'Odham. The date of use is unknown.Status
