DescriptionA ceramic polychrome bowl. Its exterior is gray-black with a white buff, while the interior is black on white. According to the donor file, its geographic location is the Four Corners area, which includes northeast Arizona. The bowl's time frame is between 1250-1300 AD, and its associated cultural area is the Anasazi region: Mesa Verde. The archaeologist notebook refers to this bowl as Kayenta pottery. In the NAGPRA report, the geographic and time period information are the same. The listed cultural area also matches the donor file, being the Anasazi. The bowl's cultural affiliation is Zuni/Hopi.
