DescriptionThe architectural drawing shows the plan for the area from Mill Avenue west beyond Ash, with University Dr. on the south end, 5th St. on the north end. The left drawing is an overview of University up to 3rd St showing condos, retail, offices, and Hayden Square. The center drawing is the area below Hayden Square. The building on the corner was a proposed ice rink, but another developer was awarded the project for retail, offices, restaurant, a theater.Status
