BiographyBusiness owner; farmer.
Came to Arizona Territory in 1879. He was attracted to the southwest by tales of the resources and mines of Arizona. He engaged in prospecting and mining for many years, and was particularly interested in developing the ore in the Silver King Mine.
Was owner and manager of the Pioneer Meat Market of Tempe, c1905.
Owned E2 NW4 section 21 (80 acres), c1907.
Tempe City Councilman, 1902-1904.
Member of Woodmen of the World.
Lived at 915 Van Ness Avenue in 1928.
