Tempe Sundown Optimist Club member Kenneth Moore (far right) congratulates trio of Marcos de Niza High School students who had just been proclaimed winners in that club's annual oratorical contest for De Niza High School students which he chairmanned. Winners are (from left) James Riel and James Brock, second and first place, respectively in the boys' division of the contest; and Joy Dean, first place in girls' division. James and Joy will now give their orations on the subject "Together we will ..." in Optimist Zone competition.
