Receiving annual awards at last night's 1977 Loyalty Day program at the VFW hall, in recognition of their community service work - primarily with youth, were (from left) William Maughan, of ASU police, and James Palmer of Tempe Police, presenting award plaques were Candy Ward and Heinz Mueller (right) and auxilliary Loyalty Day Co-Chairmen.
