DescriptionTempe Boys Club recieved an unexpected $1,000 addition to its funds this week when Mrs. Claire R. Moore, of paradise Valley (above) presented a check in that amount to the club's executive director Paul Brown (left). Mrs. Moore presented the gift in memory of her son, the late Robert Bruce Moore, jr. Mrs. Moore is a former resident of Lawrence, Massachusetts and on hand for the presentation were two other former residents of that community - her brother Victor Rancourt, now a Tempe resident, and Tempe Mayor Bill Lopiano (far right). The young man in whose memory the contribution was made a second cousin of popular singer Robert Goulet.The film negative of this photograph is housed in box 2G7-E.
