DescriptionFrom the Tempe Daily News September 29, 1978: Tempe High School sophomore Lisa Thomas is just back from Atlanta , Georgia, where she competed as one of 10 regional champions in the World Junior Frisbee Championships, and one of only two girls to make it to those finals, She placed eighth and says "I felt all right about it.
