Dr. Hart is wearing a white tie with a dark stripe down the center and a lapel pin at the bottom bearing an obscured insignia, a long sleeve white collar shirt and dark pants, dress shoes and what appears to be a metal helmet. His hair cannot be seen under the helmet but his facial hair consists of a white mustache and goatee. The photo is undated, but based on Dr. Hart's appearance it was likely taken circa 1925.Status
