Director of the USDA Entomology Lab, 1910-1945.
He also owned and operated a Jersey cattle and dairy farm until 1958 on lower Mesa Rd..
Owned 20 acres in section 18, T.1 N., R.5 E.) in 1924.
Shareholder in the Tempe Irrigating Canal Co., 1923.
Member of the Tempe Masonic Lodge. In 1932 was in charge of U S Entomological Laboratory.
Lived at 836 Van Ness (1916), on W. 7th Street (1917), 902 S. Ash Avenue (1918), 1029 S. Maple Avenue, and east of Tempe (1924, 1940). R D in 1923., 415 E 8th in 1925, 1926, Rt 2 in 1929, 1931, '32
