BiographyReal Estate Agent.One of the principals of the real estate firm of Schultz and Franklin, which was hired by the Tempe Land and Improvement Company to promote the new townsite. He had an office on Mill, between 3rd and 4th streets.
Came to the United States in 1865; became a naturalized citizen by 1900.
Lived at 7th Street and Myrtle.
