BiographyCame to Tempe in 1878.Farmer.
In 1877, left Blue Springs, Missouri, with other members of his extended family to go to New Mexico, and eventually, to Tempe.
They arrived in Phoenix in Oct 1877, and lived on rented farm land east of Phoenix until August 1878, when he moved to a homestead two miles southwest of Tempe.
Lived on Creamery Road (E. 8th Street) in 1914.
