DescriptionIt wasn't just the first day of a new school year for youngsters being greeted by Mrs. Mary Lou Tiffany (at left) in her classroom at Mitchell Elementary School this morning - it was the very first day a whole new world of experiences to come. Mrs. Tiffany was greeting kindergarteners - including young Chris Mendez being introduced to the teacher by his mother Mrs. Raul Mendez, a secretary in ASU physics department and a former nursing assistant to Dr. M.W. Westervelt in Tempe.The film negative of this photograph is housed in box 2G8-C.
