DescriptionA black and white photo of Tempe's first Mayor Dr. Fenn Hart standing in striped pants, a white shirt and hat, and a dark bow tie standing next to a bicycle. On the front of the Bicycle is a piece of luggage. Brush can be seen on the ground and a tree is visible in the upper right corner. The Photo is mounted on cardboard and at the bottom is the name J. P. Rhodes with the address 213 W. Washington Street, Phoenix, Arizona.Caption from the Tempe 150th Anniversary exhibit:
