DescriptionRecreating a bit of the atmosphere of the "way it was" way back when as they celebrated the bank's Centennial Birthday, Friday, were Tempe First National Bankers who donned costumes of another era and gathered for a party. From left, are David Reid, Tempe-Mesa branch; Nancy Leach, from customer service at main branch on Mill and Sixth; and W.P. Cohee, of Mill and Southern Branch, waiting to welcome guests with lemonade and cookies; Ray Clark, of University branch, trying his hand at churning; Graham Walker, of Sixth and Mill main branch, getting a kick out of an early-day Sears and Roebuck catalog; and Carl R. Anderson, Lackshore-Basline branch watering flowers.
