DescriptionRay Dambrauskas, a Vietnam veteran and commander of William Bloys American Legion Post, straightens a picture of a former post commander and World War II veteran, the late Max Connolly. Connolly liberated from a German concentration camp the bell that now hangs in the Tempe Legion post's bell tower--along with his picture.
