DescriptionIndividual portrait of Dr. Fenn J Hart, Tempe's first mayor, wearing black tie over a white collar shirt, underneath what appears to be a dark tweed vest and suitcoat. His hair is trimmed short and combed forward in the front, he has a long handlebar mustache twisting upwards at the ends, long sideburns that reach his shoulders, with a clean-shaven chin.The photo is undated but appears to have been taken during his time at The New York Eclectic College where he graduated in 1883 with a degree in Medicine.Status
