DescriptionFull-length portrait of Dr. Fenn J Hart, Tempe's first mayor, wearing a Prince Albert suit consisting of a dark silk vest with a single metallic button in the center, over a high white collar, with a pin-striped suitjacket overtop pinched at the waist, and reaching to his knees. His hair is trimmed short and combed forward in the front, he has a short black mustache, thick sideburns and a clean-shaven chin. The photo is undated but appears to have been taken during his time at The New York Eclectic College where he graduated in 1883 with a degree in Medicine.Status
