T.1 N.,R.4 E. (37 acres); and SW4 and SW4 SE4, W of canal, section 30, T.1 N.,R.5 E. (168 acres), in 1924.
He lived on a ranch southeast of Tempe, at 2080 E. Southern Avenue.
