Arrived in Arizona in 1895 and first lived in Mesa before moving to Tempe in 1897.
Owned land near Tempe in 1900.
He was a mail carrier on Tempe Rural Route No. 1, c1900-1924.
Lived at 10th Street and Willow (College), c1909.
Lived on 6th Street between Maple and Ash,
c1910-1913. Lived at 816 S. Mill Avenue, 1917.
After he retired in 1924, he went to live with his daughter, Olive Nichols, in Covina, California.
