Fire Captain Ralph Stayner and Fire Dispatcher Natalie Knutson of Tempe Fire Department hang up poster letting Tempeans know that this week is national Fire Prevention Week - and it's a week where the public is encouraged to "get into the act," TFD is urging all Tempeans to take a fire safety check of their homes this week, or request a home check from TFD's home fire safety inspection specialists, and make sure they are doing all they can to prevent a fire tragedy in their homes.
