DescriptionOutdoor photo of Mildred Muriel Hart, daughter of Tempe's first mayor Dr. Fenn J Hart, at their former home in Tempe. Muriel can be seen seated in a chair to the right of her cousin, Jessie Dickinson (daughter of Mrs. Rosa Ann Brown Hart's sister Delia & her husband Theo Dickinson), they are seated together under a canopy of large trees. Both girls are wearing white gowns, Jessie is wearing a bonnet, and Mildred's hair is parted into pig tails. The photo is undated but as Mildred appears to be 5-7 years of age in the photo, it would have been taken circa 1898.Status
