DescriptionThis box-like wooden, black receptacle has a metal handle on one end. On one side there are two 1 x 2.25" rectangular holes and one 2" diameter circular hole. The other side has a 4" diameter circular box on one side of the hole that has a 3.5" metal strip attached by two 3/4" screws. The strip is held together by a metal tabular fastener. Inside are 6 wooden interior ledges on one side and boxlike interior extensions for each hole on one end. This item served to appear as a functioning plug for the ribbon cutting. See also #23.
