DescriptionThis box like, black wooden receptacle has a metal handle on one end. One side has 2 metal rectangular pieces attached in line with each other protruding from the box side. They are 7.5" x 2" wide and 1" deep. Also there is a tubular metal piece 6" long and 2" in diameter appearing to be an actual plug end. One side of the plug has a 4" circular hole with a circular metal strip attached to a wooden box like extension from the side of the hole. This object is a fake plug used for the ribbon cutting ceremony. The bottom of the plug has 7 Council autographs.
