High school students participating in annual Tempe Jaycee and City of Tempe co-sponsored Student Government Days, Wednesday and Thursday, listen intently as somebody evidently makes a serious point during mock City Council session Thursday morning. The students City Council tackled a couple of controversial issues not on the real Council agenda, just to get the flavor of what a lively council session can be like.
