DescriptionFrom TDN caption:First to get involved in Tempe Junior Woman's Club's fourth annual Neighborhood Involvement Week were children from Aguilar and Scales Elementary Schools who entered in a Neighborhood Involvement Week poster contest sponsored by the club. Looking over a trio of the entries are (from left) contest judge Betty Waters, Junior Woman's Club member Joyce Monroe who is chairman for the June 19-23 week and judge Bev Hermon. Week aims at getting Tempeans involved with their neighbors in cleaning and beautifying the city.
