BiographyCame to Tempe in 1934 as a student at Arizona State Teachers College. He was associated with Arizona State University for more than 50 years, including 27 years as Registrar and Director of Admissions (c1950-1977), 11 years as University Archivist (c1970-1980), as well as serving on the faculty of the business department. In 1962, he was co-author, along with Ernest J. Hopkins, of The Arizona State University Story. He was a member of the Tempe Kiwanis Club, and served on the Board of Directors of the Tempe Chamber of Commerce. He also served as president of the Pacific Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers, and president of the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers.
