BiographyFarmer and Rancher, 1914-1927.
Managed the Arizona Mercantile Company, c1908-1913. Owner and manager of Miller's Store for Men, c1912-1914.
Graduated from the Tempe Normal School in 1908, and was a member of the Normal School Alumni Association in the 1920s.
Received a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture from the University of Arizona in 1929, and a Master’s degree from Colorado State Agricultural College in 1931.
He was chairman of Tempe Elementary School District Governing Board, 1925-27.
Treasurer of the State Board of Regents, 1933-1941.
He was a State Supervisor with Arizona State Department of Vocational Agriculture, 1927-1957.
Was district manager for Mutual Life Insurance of New York in the 1940s.
Owned 50 acres in section 17, in 1924.
Served as a Tempe City Councilman, 1912-1914.
Lived at 7th Street and Mill in 1910; lived at 21 E. 6th Street; lived on a ranch west of Tempe in 1924; lived in Tucson in 1940.
